GENERAL

• Do not use my works for anything related to AI image generators, NFTs, and cryptocurrency• Do not claim commissioned piece as your own work• Do not resell the commissioned piece• As the Artist, I have the rights to decline your commission if I believe I cannot fulfill your request.• As the Artist, I own the intellectual property rights & copyrights to the art work(s). The intellectual property rights of the existing characters drawn belongs to their respective owners.• As the Artist, I have the rights to showcase the commission works on my Social Media.

PAYMENT

• Work starts after full payment is done by the client.• For locals (IDR), I accept payment through BCA, Mandiri, and QRIS.• For international, I accept payment through PayPal and VGen• RUSHED COMMISSION FEE ADD ON (+50% of the total commission cost)
Rushed commission applies when the requested deadline is under 1 week.

REVISIONS

• Max. Revisions is 3x. More than that, there will be extra charge starting from $5 per revision.• Major revisions such as pose, expression, or concepting can only be done in sketch stage.• Minor revisions such as base color, tweak in proportion (not including pose) can be done in sketch and coloring stage.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• The turnaround time will depend on the commission type. Usual turnaround time is 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity and the Artist's real life situation (personal health, emergencies, etc.)• Work will be based on the queue line or closest deadline.• Final deliverables will be provided by the Artist using the VGen platform, OR email, Google Drive, in PNG format.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund and cancellation are only permitted under these circumstances, such as:
• I, the Artist, is the one who cancelled it
• There are any force majeure conditions
• Work for the commission has not started 5 months after the initial paymentOtherwise, Client are not allowed to do cancellations nor charge back payments during work in progress.

COMMUNICATION

• Communication will be done throughout all working stages.• Communication will be done through channels such as Discord or Twitter DM, or other preferred channel.
